Session Description:

Dynamic Leadership Communication was designed to help leaders achieve a greater degree of success in life and work by developing effective communication skills. Participants will walk away with actionable best practices they can use immediately to build better relationships, motivate employees, and communicate their vision.

Adam brings over 15 years’ of leadership and business management experience, including expertise in building high performing teams and leadership development. He also specializes in using behavioral sciences and psychometric assessments to help professionals become more influential through behavioral-based communication. After nearly a decade at TTI Success Insights, a global leader in the talent management space, Adam resigned in 2018 and Founded Rockstar Workforce, a Phoenix based consulting firm. He is a Professionally Certified Emotional Intelligence Analyst and Professional Behavioral Analyst and holds an M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University.
