PROGRAM OVERVIEW

As part of its licensing authority, the Registrar of Contractors regulates and disciplines contractors when it determines that a violation has occurred. Sanctions range from modest fines to revocation of a license. What many do not realize about the Complaint process is that any determinations by the hearing officer who decides your case may be determinative in any lawsuit that follows. Join us for an overview of the ROC’s complaint process to learn how you can make the best of any complaint.
