REGISTRATION
If you have been accepted to the Program in a panel, roundtable, film screening, or session, you must Register AND be a member of NAISA. The deadline for membership in order to participate in the program is April 3. To sign up for or renew click here: membership. 2015 membership includes a subscription to the journal Native American & Indigenous Studies. The deadline for registration for participation on the program is April 18.
To REGISTER more than one person choose the number of registrations you will need under each category (for example: 1 under Regular Member and 2 under Student non-member). The system will prompt you to enter each registrant's name and contact information. On the checkout page you can pay for all registrations, and you will receive ONE receipt. PLEASE NOTE: only the person who creates an account on this Registration site will be able to log in to access or edit registration information. The multiple individuals you register will not be able to log in.
MEMBERSHIP
All those listed in the 2015 Program MUST be members of NAISA. Membership includes subscription to the Native American & Indigenous Studies Journal. Regular Membership is $50; Student/Community member/Retired dues are $25. Membership is handled by the journal publisher University of Minnesota Press. Click HERE to sign up for or renew membership.
TRAVEL GRANT APPLICATION
NAISA members whose abstract proposals have been accepted for the 2015 conference may apply to the NAISA Council for small grants to help offset some of the travel costs associated with attending the annual meeting. Applications are due on or before March 6, 2015 midnight (PT). Recipients will be notified by March 20, 2015. EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACE
Scholarly presses, academic programs, and non-profit organizations may apply for 1 or 2 booth spaces (8'x8' each) on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled. Register and pay for a booth on this site. Each booth includes two complimentary registrations, two 6 foot tables, table linen, and two chairs. After payment, you will receive a code at the email address that you used to register that can be used for two complimentary exhibitor registrations..
Exhibitors may set up at 6:45pm on Wednesday, June 3, or 6:00am on Thursday, June 4. The exhibit hall will be open until noon on Saturday, June 6, and exhibitions must be dismantled by 3:00pm.
Exhibitor rate: $450 per booth
$100 for space on table exhibit (no sales; space is limited; table will be supervised by local host volunteers)
Hyatt Regency Washington Vendor forms for electrical and/or internet connection, UPS shipping, AV equipment needs, and credit card payment application for those services ONLY will be provided upon completing your registration.

Please consider donating to the Travel Fund, which supports students, community members, and colleagues needing financial assistance to attend the annual meeting. On page 2 of this site you can answer a question to indicate whether you wish to donate to the General Travel Fund, to the fund set up to assist colleagues from Abya Yala (Latin America), or split your donation 50/50 between the two funds. As you proceed through check out there will be a place to indicate the amount of your donation.
RECEIPTS
The EventInterface system sends email receipts when you register; check your spam filter if you do not see a receipt within a few minutes. If you cannot find your receipt, you can generate a new receipt. - Graduate Student Lunch (Thursday, June 4, 2015, 12:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. at NMAI, Room 4018/4019)
- Collections Tours. Take a behind-the-scenes visit to the collections of the National Museum of the American Indian, or the National Museum of Natural History. Round-trip shuttle transportation to NMAI’s Cultural Resources Center and to NMNH’s Museum Support Center in Suitland, Maryland will be provided. Shuttles for all tours will leave from NMAI on the mall. No charge. Each tour will last approximately three hours, including travel time. Wednesday, June 3. NMAI Collections tours: 10 am to 1 pm, and 1 pm to 4 pm. NMNH Collections tours: 10 am to 1 pm, and 1 pm to 4 pm.
