Prerequisite: OSHA 10 Hour
This program focuses on the fundamentals of occupational health and safety and is designed for individuals who have been assigned the responsibilities of managing the day-to-day activities of safety in the workplace. A responsibility that is increasingly demanding as OSHA and other regulatory agencies impose more rigid standards. Through certification as a Registered Safety Officer® you not only demonstrate your qualifications to manage your company’s health and safety programs, but display competency to the regulatory agencies and workers.
