WEBINAR: DROPPED OBJECT PREVENTION (TOOL TETHERING)

Tuesday, February 25, 2020 | 9am-10am

ABA Members: $15-

Non-Members: $25-

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Every ten minutes a worker is injured on the job from falling objects or equipment. These incidents account for nearly 5% of workplace fatalities. During this webinar we will address the current OSHA regulations and ANSI standards for dropped objects, as well as discuss the hierarchy of controls. It is imperative that we teach workers why we do things and have regulations, and then work together to help them with how to comply. Our hope is that attendees will have a better understanding of the hazards that exist and how to mitigate them, as well as equipment options to control objects at heights.
