Scenario planning challenges us to “plan” for the unknown environment and forces us to be vulnerable and accept that we are up against landscapes that shift daily in our industry. Not to be compared to a strategic plan where we visualize the ideal future, in this session you will learn how to use scenario planning when an unexpected shift in the marketplace suddenly challenges your firm’s current plan. Participants will learn the six steps of scenario planning that will position their firms better for the future.
