Arizona Builders Alliance PAC’s (“ABA PAC”) purpose is to support candidates for state and local office who support the advancement of the commercial and industrial construction industry . Contributing to ABA PAC is completely voluntary. Those who choose not to contribute will not be disadvantaged or penalized by Arizona Builders Alliance or its member organizations in any way.
Contributions to ABA PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. State law requires ABA PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of any Arizonan who contributes more than $100 in an election cycle, and from any out-of-state resident who contributes to the PAC in any amount.
ABA PAC may only solicit contributions from Arizona Builders Alliance’s (or one of its member organization’s or member organization’s subsidiaries’) employees, members, executives, stockholders, retirees, and this group’s families, not the general public. Contributions from business entities and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. ABA PAC does not solicit or accept contributions earmarked for specific political activity or for the benefit of any specific candidate. All PAC spending decisions are made in accordance with ABA PAC’s Expenditure Policy.
Please make checks payable to the ABA PAC. Contributions are not tax deductible and cannot be corporate funds. By law, indication of occupation and employer contributor(s) is required.
